1. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
• Advance payment is required to confirm your booking as per our payment policy.
• Booking confirmation will be sent via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
• Time slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellation and refund policies are subject to our Refund Policy.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2-4 hours before the scheduled slot.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not always be possible.
• Management reserves the right to cancel bookings due to weather conditions or maintenance requirements.

3. Usage Rules & Conduct

• Entry is permitted only with appropriate sports attire and non-marking sports shoes.
• Players must arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled slot time.
• The turf must be used responsibly; any intentional damage may incur penalty charges.
• Smoking, alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Abusive language, violence, or misconduct will result in immediate removal without refund.
• Management reserves the right to deny entry or terminate usage for violation of rules.

4. Safety & Liability

• Players participate at their own risk. Play Century is not liable for any injuries or accidents.
• First aid facilities are available on-site for minor injuries.
• Players are responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not liable for loss or theft.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian.

5. Equipment & Facilities

• Basic cricket equipment may be available on request (subject to availability).
• Players are encouraged to bring their own equipment.
• Changing rooms, washrooms, and drinking water facilities are provided.
• Any damage to equipment or facilities will be charged to the booking party.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made as per the booking confirmation.
• We accept online payments, UPI, and cash payments.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Additional charges may apply for extended hours or special requests.

7. Weather & Force Majeure

• In case of heavy rain or adverse weather conditions, bookings may be rescheduled.
• Management will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative slots.
• No refunds will be provided for weather-related cancellations; only rescheduling options.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our facilities constitutes acceptance of any changes.
